For newer accounts with low sales volume, we ask for a minimum 3-month engagement — this is the time needed to show meaningful results. That said, most of our clients stay with us for 12 months or more, because consistent Amazon growth takes time and we deliver it.
We currently manage accounts across the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and UAE. We also support other European marketplaces including France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Early wins — such as fixing suppressed listings, resolving account health issues, or improving campaign efficiency — often appear within the first 2–4 weeks. More significant revenue and margin improvements typically build over 90 days as optimisations compound.
Our pricing is based on the scope of services and the size of your account. For full account management, we offer either a fixed monthly fee or a commission-based model on gross sales. We'll recommend the right fit after your strategy call.
